So we moved about two months ago and I monitored with passives and looking for the entire two months with no solid evidence so I claimed we were in the clear. Then i had a friend visit who was only here one night, but she used a plane and public transport to get here. My husband and myself have been getting a few bites about a week after she left, now we are almost to the 2 week mark since she left and passives are still clear. Should I worry or is this those stupid fire ants that we can't seem to get rid of in our yard? Thank you!

Oh also! My son has one of those "breathable" crib mattress's which resemble ramen noodles inside, would that mean a passive would be inaccurate due to the nature of the mattress having holes?

I'll attach a picture of the mattress type below.
