I am by far no expert but this much I do know. Bed bug cast skins almost always stay intact because of how lightweight they are. Pictures on the bed bigger faqs have helped me tremendously to compare photos. Here is another good comparison.

    Hi,

    100% not bedbug related.

    I suspect it’s plant material.

    Hope that helps.

Now back to being worried again. Does it look like a bed bug bite to anyone with experience?

    Thanks for all the help!

Ok! Thank you - will head to it now. In the meantime found something that looks like this on the wall.

Does anyone know if it is a bug or what it is?

It’s so hard for me to tell and I’m alone so no one to show. Thanks again.

    Hi,

    Also not a bedbug.

Sometimes you need to take that deep breath and realise you never learn well when stressed.

Take a breather, go for a walk and come back to this with a calmer mind.

Looking at the fine detail of the example images will always help enhance your ID skills.
