    Body is really round like a bedbug but head looks too long??

    Correct, the head is the wrong size and shape.

    Thanks BD. I'm used to seeing psocids with a more elongated body, this really round body had me worried.

    Head, antennae and in some cases the legs are useful for identification.

    Professional entomologist/arachnologist. I consult on all matters dealing with insects and arachnids, including those of natural history and biology to pest management and forensic entomology investigations.

    It's incredible how small they are. Even on a clean white glueboard do untrained eyes like mine barely see it. It's why I have so little confidence in my self inspections.
