I just had a run in with bed bugs while staying at a friends apartment. I have been really careful, but I'm afraid I gave it to my boyfriend.

Can someone please help ID if these are bed bug stains? Also, I just noticed these bumps on my face. They don't itch but there are three of them.

Qualification: I got my period on my boyfriends sheets/duvet. I think that's what the stains on the top of the sheet are from, but I can't explain how they got on the side? So paranoid. Can't sleep, and I itch everywhere now (even thought I don't have any bites on my body). This has really gotten into my head.

    Thank you for help!

I don't see any attached images. Directions for posting photos.

Please note that no one can ID skin reactions as being bed bug bites, not even a dermatologist, so there is not much point in posting those.

If the stains look like blood, they are likely blood and are definitely not fecal, since that doesn't look like blood.

I started and run the site but am "not an expert."

Okay, it's edited now and the images are there.

No one can ID the skin reaction, and I suspect the stains are not bed bug-related. But wait for an expert to comment on the stains.

I'm sorry, I just figured out how to add links to the images.

I should also qualify that he washed the sheets after I had my period so if these stains are from my period they have been through wash/dry.

If they are from bed bugs they would be fresh unless we didn't see them before...

    Stains don't look fecal related.
