    Hi,

I've had a bed bug scare a few months back which has prompted me to buy passive monitors for piece of mind.

I'm now realizing that I may have placed the passive monitor incorrectly.

    Here's the current location :

The monitor is placed inside the wooden bedframe. The mattress normally sits on top.

Here's a view with the mattress sitting on top of the wooden bedframe. The monitor is sandwiched vertically between both :

I'm wondering if the monitor should be place on the outside of the bedframe instead and if so, should it be installed on the upper or lower section?

Thank you for your time and advice.

    Hi,

So long as its installed at the head end that is fine.

    Hope that helps.
