    Hello,
I had a small infestation a couple months ago. The house was heat treated and they also sprayed the room where the bugs were with Temprid. I woke up this morning with these spots on my pillow. After treatment I also installed a passive detector from David which shows no signs. I could not definitively tell if these stains were red or more of a brownish color so I also tested them with Bed Bug Blue which came back negative. Normally I wouldn't think anything of these spots but I'm a little paranoid since I had a recent bout. No bites and obviously no confirming signs of bugs. Thanks for any help

If BBB came back negative it's nothing blood related, thus nothing bed bug related.

Thanks for the quick reply. Do you know if BBB will work if the stains are completely dry? I wasn't able to see any residue on the q-tip after applying the solution and applying it to the paper.

    Hi,

I am yet to see BBB fail and trust it more than my own eyes, we test everything to confirm.

If your Passive Monitor is clear, it's time to take the foot off the stress pedal.

    Hope that helps,

I am happy to answer questions in public but will not reply to message sent directly or via my company / social media. I am here to help everyone and not just one case at a time.

In accordance with the AUP and FTC I openly disclose my vested interest in Passive Monitors as the inventor and patent holder. Since 2009 they have become an integral part in how we resolve bed bug infestations. I also have a professional relationship with PackTite in that they distribute my product under their own branding. I do not however receive any financial remuneration for any comments I make about pro
