Is this a bed bug? I've found 3 crawling on my mattress under my foam topper. I killed them all and laid down DE. About a week later I went looking for bugs and found more of these things, all on the box spring, all dead.

    Are these baby bed bugs?

A beetle and most likely a saw-toothed grain beetle. Please compare to pictures of bed bugs -- very different. This species is a stored product pest so dry food items and dry pet food and even (forgotten) rodent baits.
