    I've had bug interceptors for a while, since an apartment next to ours had bed bugs about three years ago and it terrified me to watch what they were going through. So yesterday I was cleaning them and found these bugs - can someone help me identify them? Thank you so much!

    Cockroach nymphs and a small bug from outdoors. The one from outdoors could be a seed bug.
