    Hello,

I have been overwhelmed with anxiety about if I have bed bugs. Last week I had some allergic reaction on my thigh which looked like one large mosquito bite. It was very itchy but it now starting to fade.

I thought it could be bedbugs but assumed that it was not the case because I couldn't find a drop of fecal matter, cast skin or a bug anywhere after some heavy duty inspecting. However, I washed my sheets yesterday and when I put them back on I saw a cluster of rust colored dots. I have over viewed the blood stain guide that's been referenced several times in the forum but am concerned it is hard to follow bc I have washed my sheets twice (crazy, I know) since. The stain has not come out. I am posting a link to the picture below. Can someone tell me if this stain is indicative of bed bugs? Also - it is on the left bottom corner of sheet, which hangs off the bed so my body rarely touches this spot.

Thanks so much! This forum is incredibly helpful!!

if you spray bed bug feces with alcohol can you easy rub it out because this worked on my encasement so thinking it wasn't from a bed bug.
