    Looks like a mite, possibly a bird or rodent mite, bird or rodent mites are parasitic, which means they feed to get a blood meal. Not all mites are parasitic though. Do you have bites?

    If you have any nesting birds close to a window or door or roof, that could be a potential source.

    No bites only noticed them last night coming out of the bathroom fan and all over the bathroom ceiling they are very small like little black dots crawling. I’m not sure how small a baby bedbug reall it

    These are mites. Do you know of birds or rodents nesting somewhere?
