    Hello,

My Packtite SC arrived today, and it's improperly put together. The enclosure is too large for the duct to go over, no matter how much I loosen the duct's screw.

I'm so frustrated I could scream, but I am handling the product issue with the manufacturer. The problem is that my PCO is coming in for treatment 1 tomorrow morning.

What do I do with all these shoes, bags, books, etc. in the meantime?

    Thank you!

Update: David from PackTite just gave me a call, and I do think they're taking things seriously--no slander on the company here.

This is just sucky timing for a manufacturing error.

I think I'll ZipLoc and RubberMaid all the items I meant to treat until I'm able to do so. Any flaws in that plan?
