Hello-- We just received a packtite 2 in the mail. We set it up as per instructions, but when we loaded it and turned it on, it ran for over two hours and the temp only got to 87 degrees, before the heater shut down automatically.

    Is this common?

We had put a two stacks of files/ papers in to be treated. Any thoughts on what went wrong? Or alternate method of treated files?

    Thanks

Yikes. I've been working on convincing myself to trust the packtite which I was going to rent. Need to know how to make sure my packtite is reliable before trusting so if there is a way to make sure please inform. I want to be a believer but blind faith has always been challenging. I now wonder if I need to monitor the who process the whole time.
