    U of M press release stated this hotline for apartment managers, hotel managers, etc (sounds more educational than for specific cases). Here's part of the release:

    I'm not sure how to do a link, but there was a news release last week. This is probably for setting up informational sessions for landlords, tenants, condo associations etc vs. direct assistance.
