I just bought my first home in Baltimore, Md. The house is infested with bedbugs. The seller never disclosed this information to me prior to buying the house. I talked to the neighbor who is friends with the seller and she told me that the seller knew about the bed bugs and that she tried to get rid of them a few times. Does anyone know if I am entitled to sue, due to the fact she knew she had them and didn't disclose that information? I mean I never would have bought the house knowing there was a problem. We have been here 2 months and it has been hell. Thanks..

As stated in the last thread on this subject, I suggest you talk to a lawyer with regards if you have grounds to take legal action.

They will also be in the best position to explain to you how to get the testimony of the neighbours documented.
