I wanted to send a shout out to my favorite PCO and bed bug specialist Jon Furman, aka KILLERQUEEN.

8 months ago, I spotted what I thought was a bedbug on my bedroom wall. I had not been bitten, but I just knew I was looking at a bedbug. I trapped the tiny creepy crawler in a ziploc bag and brought it to an exterminator who verified my worst fears. I had bed bugs.

I researched PCOs and came across an interview Jon did in the New Yorker. Thankfully they listed his phone number! I called and left a message. About 20 minutes later Jon called me back. He answered ALL of my questions. Told me I could call or email anytime regardless of whether I hired him or not! And I did! I thought this guy was too good to be true! He truly understood the stress of the situation.

Needless to say, I did hire Jon. He came 2 weeks later and treated my 2 bedroom apartment. I had so many questions, and he answered every one (sometimes the same question more than once) in detail. He worked in my apartment for almost 6 hours!!! No one could have done a more thorough job! The problem was eradicated. 8 months later, I was still bed bug free! I had heard so many horror stories, and yet I had the utmost faith in Jon. I would never work with another PCO. I honestly dont think there is anyone out there who does as good a job as Jon with as much compassion.

    Thank you KQ!

    Hello mysticzip5,

What a nice review, thanks! I'm glad I was able to help.

I got a call out of the blue today from a client I worked for 14 months ago. My heart sank as I thought the worst when I heard her voice. The first thing she said was .. Don’t worry everything is still fine, I just wanted to wish you a happy new year and all the best. THANK GOD!

She even said she knew she needed to say that first so I didn't panic =)
I'm a little behind with emails but did notice you sent one, I'll get to that asap. Thanks again! KQ
