i am done with my 2nd treatment but have not taken my shoes out of the sealed plastic bags yet. I vaccumed them as advised by my PCO before sealing them, but was wondering is that good enough?

I once, to my shock, found a bedbug under the lining that was glued to the inside of a CD carrying case. So I don't think vacuuming shoes would be enough since bedbugs could be under the lining of the shoes, even if the lining were glued to the shoe.

I vacuumed mine, then sprayed lysol on them (alchol) seemed to help.
