    You must have seen pictures of bed bugs. This isn't a bed bug.

    OMG, thank you so much Lou for replying and confirming it is not a bed bug. When I saw it, my heart stopped. Can I just ask you, when I look at the picture, the head and the body looks to be the shape of a bedbug (it seems like it's apple seed size, and the head is connected to the body), can you please tell me how you can distinguish it, so I can better educate myself, and not freak out if I see it again. Also, do you know what this bug might be? thanks so much

    You must have seen pictures of bed bugs. This isn't a bed bug.

    It's hard to tell you, just that it has no bed bug attributes that I can see because it is a bit blurry.
    Look at this picture of bed bugs and apple seeds:
