    Hi!
We live in a apartment in Mississauga, Ontario.

This morning i awoke to find this bug dead on the bar of soap in the bathroom shower.
Of course my Wife is freaking out it's a bedbug, which it very well might be.

So my question is, is it a bedbug...and what do we do now???
We do not have any bites and our bed LOOKS clean but of course now we are paranoid.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

Yes its a bedbug or close relative.

The abdomen is unusually distended and opaque in appearance.

I would check with all adjoining neighbours as one is likley to be the source.

Huge tip, don't accept their offer or partaking in what ever solution they are undertaking as its clearly not working.

Have a good read of the FAQ's and decide what treatment options are best for you before trying to find someone to come as fast as possible.

    Hope that helps.
