Ive been getting bites over my body and my gp said its most likely bed bugs. Ive been progressively washing everything in my room and sleeping on the couch but hadnt seen any signs (bugs, red/rust spots or excrement) but today when i lifted the mattress i found what looks like a squashed bug and some excrement. Could this be a sign of bed bugs?

These appear to be cockroach nymphs and probably related droppings.
