I found this bug under my carpet. I am worried I may have bed bugs because my ex girlfriend has an infestation in her house. I have searched My bed and around my bed and this is all I found.

It was very much dead or a skin casing. No live bugs could be found.

    Hi,

    It's is 100% not bedbugs.

It's a skin or pupae of something, nothing to worry about and an ID should follow.

    Hope that helps.
