    Found this crawling (quickly) on a notebook I had laying on my carpeted living room floor. After a recent run-in, I am terrified that this is a BB nymph. Thoughts?

    100% not bedbug.

    If you look at the clear segmentation of the head from the body its a tell tale sign.

    It happens to be a booklouse.
