    Hello everyone,
so we are one of the lucky ones (still hoping we are done with BB but given it has been months since we had a bite I can happily say we are out of the tunnel). But now I'm left with bout 1kg of DE, a full bottle of cimexa and a duster. Since we move every 2-3 years due to Hubby's job I don't have space to store my kit for potential future infestation so I thought re-selling my kit on ebay would be a good idea. Is it doable? Can I legally do it? I bought Cimexa from the US via Amazon and it costed a kidney! Went through customs so it's legal to own it in Belgium. Thanks!

    Hi,

No it’s not legal to own cimexa anywhere in the EU outside of a research environment.

It is illegal to sell products in the EU which are not approved biocides.

You may also find it difficult to dispose of because that would require admitting you have a product that is not supposed to be in the EU.

It's illegal in the EU, but Belgium customs allowed it through. That's a fail of EU regulations.

The resale of any bed bug product could become more hassle than it's worth. Clearly it's coming from a house that had an infestation, most likely shipped in a cardboard box.
