    Hey everyone,

I have been scratching a lot recently and I stayed in a bed bug infested place.

I found that on my sheets : https://imgur.com/Tfts09q

    or https://imgur.com/z5ko16H

    (this is the same bug).

    Any help?

Don't look like a bed bug to me, but if someone could tell me what this is...

That's a carpet beetle larva. Their little hairs can cause irritation in some people.

Still, if you stayed at a BB infested place, you should consider implimenting a monitoring procedure in your home as a precaution.

Not an expert. Any advice I give is information gleaned via anxiety-fueled research of credible sources and expert posts here. Please research all advice before treating and consult a professional.

That's what I thought after browsing the web for hours last night!

I stayed in a apartment with a suspected BB infestation in June. I was extra careful when I left (sprayed everything that could not be put in a dryer, all my clothes were carefully bagged, then in a dryer, etc.). I have not see anything since then. I have been itching since Wednesday but without any real bite (except a mosquito I killed afterwards), so when I saw the bug last night I freaked out.

Any advice on a monitoring device for bed bugs?

Thanks for your help, I really appreciate it!
