I found this on my bed sheet and it's gotten me freaked out! I'm super paranoid about bed bugs. Are these bed bug shells? If not, what could they be? one is bigger and like... hollow and the other one is small and seems like it's not hollow.

    Hi,

    100% not bed bugs.

The one on the left is a cast skin or a carpet beetle or something very similar. There are lots of posts about carpet beetles and how to simply resolve the issue.

    Hope that helps..

Not beyond it’s more likely to be a seed than that bisect based. The images to too out of focus for more than that.

The shed skin on left is from an Anthrenus carpet beetle larva. The object on right could be a beetle body that is missing the head (right side), elytra (wing covers), but it's difficult to say exactly from the picture.
