A few months ago we discovered carpet beetle larvae in and around our bed frame. We wrapped our box spring where we found several shed skins, vacuum every day and used DE and haven’t seen any new larvae in a few weeks.

We are now ready to get a new bed and disassembled our 15 year old bed frame and found several more shed skins (see attached) as well as these tiny white balls that I suspect are styrofoam from the original packing material as they’re light as a feather and can be smooshed flat (see attached).

Please take a look and let me know what you think.

    Many thanks!
