    It is not a bed bug. Look at the diagram that David Cain posted yesterday of a bedbug to help you identify bedbugs.

    You have another saw toothed beetle or something very similar. It will not bite you.

    Is there any reason why you are so anxious about bedbugs?

    This is not a beetle, let alone a saw-toothed grain beetle. It is a bug, but a nymph, but not a bed bug nymph. I can't tell much more about it except that it would most likely be an outdoor species.
