    Hi, I found this bug in the shower earlier and I'm very nervous about BBs and just wanted to make sure it isn't one. Thanks in advance for your help.

    You can easily see that it has nothing to do with bed bugs. There are obvious wings present. 1 pair. It's a fly, in fact, is a phorid fly. Larvae develop in wet, organic ooze, usually found in drains. Its biology might have something to do with its presence in your shower.
