    Hello,
Some time ago, like a few days/week i noticed what looked like bites over the top part of mine body, including top parts of thigh but nothing on neck or shoulders.
I was looking everywhere i could for signs of bed bugs but nothing. But i found few larves of carpet beetle really close to mine bed and some empty cocoons in mattress. I read that they can cause similar rashes as those by bed bug.

    Those rashes https://drive.google.com/open?id=0ByvLN9FKq4TUdEFwdjhmREY3d0E

Is it possible it was because of that carpet beetle? Should i just wait and see if i will get another ones?

Well, I was told that most people won't attempt to ID bites because each person is different and parts of the body might react differently.
    That said.
They don't look like bed bug bits.
    I would be wary though.
Can some bed bug detectors/climbups/DE (diatomaceous earth).
You could do some cheap stuff until you're sure.
    DE is safe and cheap.

    I am NOT an expert.
My opinions are just opinions, they may NOT apply to yours or any situation.
My advice is to always do a LOT of research.
A lot of what I read contradicts other stuff on the Interweb.

    Thanks for input!
I know that such stuff are little bit "inconclusive", I'm waiting for some detector traps but i wont have them until monday so I'm making myself little bit calmer by getting all the info i can.

    I can understand that.
It is a horrible thing to have bed bugs, I never wish they eradicated them in the 60s (50s?).

I would neither say those are bb bites nor that they are not. They could be but it is impossible to identify by bites alone. These could be from anything or this could be a rash. Best to get some monitors.

I'm dealing with almost the exact same issue! Waiting for someone to positively ID what I think is carpet beetle larvae found near my bed. I was last "bitten" Sunday night so waiting to see if it happens again. But my husband has several bites as well. I put sticky traps underneath each post of our bed. Nothing caught yet. Please update as you can!!
