Hi, I've been getting a few itchy marks here and there and would appreciate an ID on this thing that may or may not be a (bed)bug shell: https://imgur.com/a/P71UqYl

And if it's not a 100% bedbug id (or i guess even if it is..), what would be the most effective methods of detection, assuming they are somewhere in or around my bedroom? Which passive or active detection methods are best for confirming whether or not there are in fact bed bugs in my home?

Please and thank you so much for any help.

    Hi,

    100% not bedbug related.

For occupied rooms Passive Monitors work best, unoccupied rooms need active monitors to lure the bedbugs. The only effective active is the Bed Bug Beacon.

    Hope that helps.
