    hey guys,
I found out last Sunday that I had/have a "small" bed bug infection. They were living in my fancy reclaimed headboard. I teach high school in an urban area, may have accidentally brought one home from there.

Anyway, I disposed of the bed, mattress, frame and headboard (wanted an upgrade anyway). Wrapped them in plastic before removing them from the house, took them to the dump. Used DE on the carpet and some spray from Home Depot, vacuumed profusely. Exterminator came and found no further signs.

After staying at the girlfriend's house the last week, I decided to sleep at home last night in the room where the infection was discovered on a cot with metal legs. Set some traps up to see if I could see anything and woke up periodically to check to see whether I could see anything (figured they are hungry now). No signs.

Don't know how they got to me but it looks like I have been bit and need someone to confirm my suspicions before calling the exterminator again. I was messing around in the garage and went for a run in the park this morning before noticing the marks but I think its wishful thinking that I injured myself somehow (it happens a lot).

I was told that no one can ID bites since everyone reacts differently and there are many things that can mimic a bed bug bite. Also, it would appear your link doesn't work.
