    Can't confirm, but I don't believe so. Body segmentation seems to be a bit too disproportionate. I hope this helps!

    Certainly, I know there are entomologists who frequent the site often. A regular who often responds is "loubugs" who I believe is also known as Dr. Lou Sorkin.

    You can Google him.

    I'd say part of an insect and what's here looks like it is an ant.

    Professional entomologist/arachnologist. I consult on all matters dealing with insects and arachnids, including those of natural history and biology to pest management and forensic entomology investigations.

    Thank you so much Loubugs and DeathToAllBugs (Love the name btw!) About three weeks ago I had found part of insect very similar and you thought it might be an Ant too, Loubugs. I will take Ants any day over bed bugs! Phew. Sigh of relief.
