I have just moved into a sublet after learning I'd been exposed to bed bugs last week (been traveling). I took many precautions to avoid bringing them into the new place but still get new bites & itchies the last few days.

I'm having trouble determining if the new bites are new bb bites or delayed reactions, and I think some of them are flea bites because there's a cat here and I caught a flea biting me yesterday! So it's all very confusing & nerve-wracking.

QUESTION: If there are bed bugs in the bed here already, would I see fecal or blood spots already within the first few days? Or not necessarily?

    Thanks!!

Bumping this since I'm on European time and thought maybe it'd be seen later.
