Found this shell under my couch this morning. Stayed in a hotel last week where I forced them to give me a new room because i saw what might have been fecal stains and I’m worried that despite my precautions I’ve brought them home. The first photo is under a microscope.

I have now found this in the bed leg interceptors I have. I’m hoping it is book lice but terrified it isn’t. It was very small and hard to get out of the interceptor without smushing it. First photo is under a microscope

Just compare to pictures of bed bugs. It doesn't have any bed bug body structures.
