I found this today as I was getting ready to strip the sheets and wash the bedding. Does anyone know what this is ?!?! Is it a bed bug skin casing?!?!

    Thank you in advance...

The last week I have had four bites show up on my body (two on lower left leg, one on right inside arm, and one on left upper arm.)

Maybe a dried up dermestid/carpet beetle larva similar to species of Anthrenus.
