    Need identification. Found this bug crawling in my bed sheets! Is this a bed bug? I have no other signs of an infestation.... no bites/ stains on sheets/ blood spots. Please help!!

    A bug in a bed does not equal a bed bug.
    Look at images of bed bugs, you can see that what you've posted is clearly a different insect.

    It's a cockroach nymph.

    How are you able to distinguish The difference between a cockroach and A bedbug nymph?

    I would say the size is about 1/4 inch. Here is a picture of it crawling that is a little blurry, but shows the size better

    I’m just looking for more information, I don’t know much about bugs. Was it the size/color? Or more the body shape and antenna length. The pictures I find online all display cockroach nymphs as being darker in color than what I found. Thanks
