I am on the 7th floor of an apartment and whoever I call say they cant do beyond 3 floors or are too busy till December. Can anyone please recommend a good place. I have a 1000 sq ft apartment

You may find recommendations in threads tagged "Seattle PCOs".
If not, consider sending a private message to user P Bello who is a pro with lots of national experience, as he may have a recommendation.
Note also that if you're getting heat treatment, you want to be sure attached neighbors have had a professional inspection.
