Found this guy after placing bedbug traps under my bed frame legs.

About 5 weeks ago I received 3 bites on my leg in a straight pattern and 2 bites on my arm about 2 weeks after that. This caused me to freak out realizing it was probably bed bugs. I searched my bed and could not for the life of me find anything. I bought a mattress and box spring cover and threw my bed sheets in the dryer and isolated my bed.

What should I do next? I haven't received any bites since my arm. Would 1 bug bite this often?
    HELP.

Looks like a male bed bug. Your next step would be to schedule an inspection with a Professional to determine how heavy or light your infestation is.

I'm not an expert. Just sharing what I learned from my experience.

So i found another bastard just now. But this one was about 10 yards away from my bed underneath a book in my living room. Not sure why he would be hiding there, as I maybe spend an hour every other day on the couch near where he was. Is this a sign he is getting desperate for blood?

    Hi,

Confirming its a male bed bug or close relative.

I would suggest you look at the FAQs to see options and responsibilities in your situation.

    Hope that helps.

Every few days, give or take.

Have you found any more? I have been on super high alert since I found one Tuesday evening and nothing. PCO couldn't find any signs today either. If your two bugs dies out, hopefully my one will!!

I found another bed bug crawling on my wall at about 7pm Wednesday. First one I saw since my last post. Another male as it had same shape as the other 2. No other signs of any bugs besides that and no bites.

There are cracks underneath the baseboard of my room connecting to another apartment. Would you think they are coming from there? I have yet to find any feces or dead skin shells anywhere.

I really am trying to avoid telling my landlord as I just moved into this place in December haha

Don't avoid it. It may be that you moved into it, or that it did come from the neighbors. It'll just get bigger if you ignore it. Your best chance of doing something about it is early on.
