Re-introduction or treatment failure? Apartment or house?

Re-introduction or treatment failure? Apartment or house?

A whole new infestation, five years later, on a different continent. I've scoured the apartment (a studio) and haven't found any evidence of them--and nothing on the mattress or sheets. We're on the fifth floor, and someone on the ground floor had them two years ago and supposedly got rid of them after a long treatment. I suppose it's possible they've been making they're way up floor by floor all that time and finally reached us. Sort of at a loss, as treatment options aren't great here (Paris).
