Could someone take a look and let me know what this could be. Doesn't look like a bed bug because of the spikey legs...hoping it's not a cochroach. dealt with german cochroaches from a neighbor back in 2016 and we just had someone move in the building 2 days ago. Whatever it was found it's way up into my sink, or fell in and couldn't get out. But showed up and died in a 4 hour span I was gone this afternoon.

    Hi,

    100% not bedbugs. It’s a roach.

Clean the kitchen thoroughly, especially behind cooker and bobs and use a gel bait combined with pheromone baited sticky traps and it’s a simple issue to deal with.

    Hope that helps.
