Can someone tell me if the spot on the pillow is a fecal spot? I have only seen one bed bug in the last 7 months but have treated and treated and am worried. Also, can anyone tell if those are bites? I've only noticed them on my hands only. I also found a small red dot so tiny I couldn't tell what it was even with a magnifying glass. I mashed it between my nail and red fluid came out, could that have been a fed bedbug nymph?

Not faecal, too diffuse in colour and texture. I would suggest you look at the fine detail of the example images to see the subtle differences.

    Hope that helps.
