Sorry to keep posting so much. I tried looking up images of B.B. fecal spots on carpet (so as to educate myself and hopefully avoid posting) but I could mostly find fecal spots on hard surfaces or soft mattresses. So I know they are usually shiny black/brown hard raised spots but those photos I found were found on hard surfaces such as posts, bed frame wood and walls. Since I’m looking at carpet I wonder if the fecal matter could absorb into the carpet fiber and look different? So are these spots bed bug related do you think?

I’m not an expert but that doesn’t look like bed bug fecal to me.

For the record, I am NOT an expert.
My advice/opinion comes from past experience(s) with bed bugs and what I have read on-line.
