Any help with this is appreciated!

This was found yesterday in my daughters room on the underside of a plastic shelved nightstand.

I'm not thinking bed bug related and would feel a whole lot better if that was confirmed.

    Thanks.

The location and pattern isn't typical of bed bugs.
