    Not shed skin. This is a dried up larval body and is missing setae (hairs) - that's why it's so glossy. Looks like it could be Anthrenus verbasci.

    Not probably, definitely not bed bug related!

    It's not a bed bug. So not related except for the fact that you can find both in a home.
