Is this a bed bug nymph, german cockroach nymph, or something else? I found it in a glue trap on the bedframe.
I've been getting bites for 2 weeks now.
thanks to anyone who can help

Having trouble seeing it clearly. Do you have camera set highest resolution, largest picture size?

Sorry that's the best quality picture I can take. I also took a photo of what I thought was surely a bedbug egg caught in a glue trap (to the left) , but an exterminator came today to look at it and said it can't be because when he squeezed it didn't seem like one. I don't know if that is a bug (to the right) or not. Here is the photo:

Nothing really looks bed bug related.

just an update: found out shortly after this post in April that I did CERTAINLY have bedbugs as I saw an adult crawling on my bed, and proceeded with treatments etc... anyway the photos I posted are most likely bedbug nymphs although I guess they could coincidentally be cockroach nymphs even though I did have bedbugs and rarely had roaches in my room.

Glad you were able to address the issue. I can't see a damn thing in those photos either.
