Found this thing while packing today, hiding in a box. Does anyone know what it is? Seems to be covered in dust so I can't tell, slightly freaking out it could be a bedbug!

It's a bug, but not a bed bug. It's the nymph of a masked bed bug hunter, Reduvius personatus. It's 'masked' -- it is normal for it to be camouflaged. It's beneficial. It's OK to let it roam your home.
