    Hey. Me again...

Found this in bed yesterday just randomly under my pillow case, I had just taken in clean washing from outside so was really hoping it was some outdoor beetle thing...
It is black and I couldn’t really make out a definitive marking / striping on abdomen. It measures at approx 3 Mm so seemed small. The shape freaked me out though.

    Thanks if you can help

It's a beetle, that's why you don't see the abdominal segmentation -- wing covers are there and cover the abdomen. Shape has nothing to do with bed bug shape. It is not quite clear, but looks like a latridiid beetle, a minute brown scavenger beetle.

Thanks guys, really appreciate it. Still can’t get to the bottom of mine and my daughters skin reactions and if I see anything that slightly resembles a bed bug ( to my untrained eye ) I lose the plot slightly !
    Thanks again
