Hi friends! I've been getting a lot of strange itchy bumps all over the past two weeks. I wake up every morning with them and sometimes they appear throughout the day. They're painful and itch like hell. I somehow convinced myself that I have bedbugs and bought traps. My roommate and boyfriend remain unaffected and I get the bites even after staying out of the house for days. I have no blood stains or fecal marks but I keep waking up with the bites!! Please ket me know what you think this bug is. It's incredibly tiny so it was hard to photograph. I'm losing my mind over all of this.

is it flat, has strips or the like?

I'm not finding bugs just evidence.

Doesn't have stripes and those pictures are from the side mostly, so not very flat. Pretty long, too.

    Hi,

100% not bed bug but a better image may be needed for species ID.

    Hope that helps.

Looks like a small beetle. I gather that a better picture might not be possible.
