I found this 2 nights in a row on our mattress. Can someone tell me if this is a bed bug? If not, what is it?

I'm sorry the pictures are not more clear. Best I can do with my phone camera. The first 3 pics are when it's dead (sprayed rubbing alcohol, died instantly). The following ones it's still alive. It is very tiny, so if it's a bed bug I would think it's a baby one. I'm really hoping it's not a bed bug though.

Thanks! Anyone know why they would hang out on a bed with a mattress encasement cover? I don't think the cover has mold or fungus (it's pretty new). The bed is in our guestroom and no one has slept in it for months.

You don't know what's going on within walls, above ceiling, etc. Might be out in the open right now, but living elsewhere.
