    Desperate for help!

Almost two months ago I started got bites for a couple of nights in a row that resmembled hives (I often get hives from dyes and perfumes) they would disappear in an hour or two. I have gotten some more here and there as well, but no bites that last. I have searched my apartment up and down and haven’t found any bed bugs. My sheets are white, the mattress is white and so is the bed frame, no stains or fecal matter. Is this a bed bug nymph? Unfortunately I took the picture after I sprayed bleach on it.
