I found what looks like a bug casing in my kitchen this morning. I just found this little moving bug that I’m not sure what it is. Could either of these things be bed bug related? If not, any idea what they might be?

Small scarab beetle, but only rear section, part of abdomen including wing covers or part of them, 2 legs. The other small object is a larva and it looks like a maggot. Could be phorid fly maggot and could have been feeding on the dead scarab beetle.
